Fa Dao Shakya

Rev. Fa Dao was ordained in 2004 and became the Director of the Zen Buddhist Order of Hsu Yun in August, 2004.  In 2011 he became a Senior Dharma Teacher in the Order of Hsu Yun.  A longtime "Lone Wolf" student of Rinzai Zen, he began his Zen studies in 1968 and was ordained into the Order of Hsu Yun in February, 2004. He specializes in one-to-one Dharma instruction at the Ozark Zen Center and has written many Dharma Essays which can be found on this website.
