Hong Fa Temple

Hong Fa temple, is nestled in the mountains a short distance accross the border
into mainland China from Hong Kong; an easy stop on the way to Nan Hua.

Chuan Zhi was elevated to Abbot of the Zen Buddhist Order of Hsu Yun here in 1998, during a four-week ceremony, by masters Jy Din, then Abbot of Hsu Yun temple, and Ben Huan, Abbot of Hong Fa temple.
